Hi guys,

Where do you find these 58% adds on weapons?

I know Peerless bosses and the area before them drop items with increased props number and intensity, but So far I have found only items with few props of 38% intensity.

Do I need to increase my luck? how much luck is needed and how does it affect the props intensity?

generally, I think only on peerless (but not labrenth peerless and maybe not sanctuary peerless) they are very valuable because they are quite rare... meaning a few hundred peerless kills will probably be required... I know some did drop in wrong and some other places but I think that has been ended now.

Felucca Wrong has been majorly nerfed. About half the spawners in +Mocha's final design before she left have been removed. Doubt anything with a 58 hit drops there anymore. Not sure you can even get a 46 there now.
