IDOC - what drops

Some tips for surfing IDOCs:

These things poof. They disappear with the house and cannot be captured.

Money in all its forms.
Everything bought in the ED room
Almost everything bought in the deco room (not carpets)
Everything account bound
Everything bought on the Trinsic token stone

Yard wand items might or might not poof with the house. +C has been working on this. If they don't poof they can't be removed without paging staff.

These things drop to the ground and can be claimed by the fastest fingers:

Donation rewards, such as stronger wooden boxes and unidye tubs
Relayers
Leveled weapons
Auction items (except piers)
Veteran rewards
Carpets, as deeds
anything player-crafted
anything looted from a monster (except money)
BOD rewards
Quest rewards (if not account bound). This includes Mistvale armor if unbound, the big piles of treasure from the old St. Patricks quest and so on.
Tokuno, Doom and similar artifacts (including the Blaze of Death, Bone Crusher, Spirit of Totem)
World stealables

Thanks for this quick documentation of how it all works.

One correction - things that poof: auction items, actually they remain.
They auction system and IDOC system aren't linked, so in general auction items turn to deeds and can be looted. Only the piers are registered to poof, well the deed would remain in the water. In the future this might be fixed, but it's not a high priority.

Also worth knowing: when you scout for houses, and mark runes, be sure to mark the runes outside of the house. If you mark it inside, the rune's marking links to the house, and when the house no longer exists, the rune is useless.
