Excelsior

I had gm stealth, I didn't notice when it happened but my stealth went down from 100 to 17.5. Already at gm hiding/stealth, in a full medable suit, mostly leather+rune beetle carapace, i would fail at stealthing once in a while. Now, at gm hiding 17.5 stealth, it doesnt even make a stealth check when i start walking hidden. So I am at 17.5 stealth with no way to train it. Any idea?

take off your rune beetle carapace and put on plate armor (non mage armor) keep all leather on just wear Plate chest- and hide then walk to activate stealth- this will raise you up to 120
