Is the forum software capable of requiring moderator approval for first posts only? This spam where the spammer creates a new account, digs up an ancient post and adds a new copy to the thread with an ad attached is already getting tiresome.

I'll change the question that they have to answer when signing up. The answer to be available in the book at TC... I didn't want to have it set up this way, because people might ask about connection problems, but such posts seem to be very rare.
