Selling three Keeps in Trammel.
Asking 2M gold or 34 ED each.
All on grass. The one east of Britain has no spawn. The one west of Yew is in a clearing by itself with no neighbors for a long way. Keeps hold 3019 items (more than the 2437 in 18x18s). All three locations support sinking the keep by a full 3 floors, placing the entire thing underground. Buy any. Buy all.
The price includes the 573k gold keep and the as-built goza-mat stairs to the crenelations.
The doors are open; feel free to check them out. Runes to the keeps are available next to the dye tub at World Teleport -> Public Moongates -> Britain. Just cast recall on them.
