help Question staff needed

help me im new and my cousin really wants to make his own account but the sad thing is that he cant sign up because we have the same ip address and my PC doesn't have internet only my dads does im on it and we have to play on this PC but how will he make an account if we use same PC?

*edit* Ok i misred, two people can not play at the same time on one PC, Unless you take turns, and in that case follow what I put first off all.
