I'm really starting to love this weapon. Any ideas what all I should add as I level it?

It's got some lovely base dmg and the slayer type is awesome, but the rest of the stats are poor. It really needs hit lightning cranked up. Probably not going to have enough points to do too much more than that though sadly...
