Yeah, definitely not common, but not exceedingly rare. I know of a couple with same attributes selling in recent months. It may be a long shot, but most vets have an end game weap, so if they come across something resembling one of these two bases maybe they'd be willing to sell fresh, especially with the weapons market being absolutely awful atm.
