Weapon Build Advice

I got this war fork and I'm planning to level it, will be a good 5*50% (3 spell hits and 1 aoe) in my point of view. I'm looking for advice, what would be best for this one? Any advice will be appreciated.

weak (you can count 2x46
Hit Physical Area - scare flies on house. And quickly bothers his ears. (

I strongly suggest you don't level this one. It's only a 3 x 46 and has Hit Physical Area which is the worst one of the 4. It also doesn't have any HLD.
There's a ton of other weapons out there that are super cheap and are a much better base than this weapon.
