Can't create character.

I have one character, made another, deleted it.. now I can't make another character. I've logged out in inns, my house, a friends house.. I've waited over 10 mins logged out in a house.. then, when my friend creates a new character no problem, I realize it's just me that's screwed I guess. lol

That actually means that there is another character with the same name in the world. Try with another name.
