Does any one know exactly what is the procedure for getting a house gate set at my house? I have been told just send a staff a msg.... and i need to use the help section and send the msg there... i have done both since yesterday but no one is responding and the help msg thing is a continueing spam .. i am #2 in the que so I will put up with it.. as long as this is indeed the way to make a contact with someone on this issue? I can't find anything about how this is done. Thanks for you help

Well you page for a GM/Admin to help you. being #2 in the que for a while is common. The shard is noy staffed 24/7 so long wait times are not uncommon. They will help you as soon as they get on. I know i have paged before and logged out and repaged teh next day and waited for a while before any staff was on to help. But rest assured they will help when they can
