i would hold off till the guild system is anounced as being Bug free... right now there is a bug that will not allow you to heal things... kinda screwy... doesn't efdect everyone all the time... but i would not be a major rush to do it....
Hum im not sure what you mean pip , you mean you have a guild or you plan to make one ? Or you just wanna say the guild systeme is kinda buggued and we should wait before creating a guild
