according to +coli a brief glance at the scripts on paroxysmus drops does not include a lard of paroxysmus peerless reg,
maby its a oversight and it was there but drop rate is not enabled, the travesty eye drops every time as well as a dreadhorn mane, mellisande drops a deseased bark every time , only 1 but its 100% to get the special 1 peerless reg, heres the link to

Do not know if this is helpful at all but Lard of Paroxysmus is listed in the objects file under Uncategorized in runuo 2.0 but not in 1.0.
