Dye tubs

Are the furniture and special dye tubs one-shots like the universal is?
the veteran reward ones are all unlimited uses - furniture, leather, runebook...
there are metal dyetubs, some for armor, some for weapons, some for shields, those are all charged (usually 10 charges).
universal dyetubs have one use only.
