Address Books, and few little tweaks they need.

Address book and the mail system is one of the best additions recent additions to the shard, thank you, developers! I might be wrong here, but it seems to me that this addition passed almost unnoticed, or the whole shard would be running around and yelling, like, hooray! i've got an address book! i can send items and stuff to ppls!
Anyway, a few things i think the devs missed are:
1) Address card should use the blank scroll from the book charges. Or it makes no sense, I dump the whole 20 bs in the book and then it asks me to target a bs to make a card?
2) Address card should be accessible even when locked down. Or the idea is wasted, if i need to give my address card in person, why do i need it anyway?
3) It's more question than a suggestion. The packages, which remain after you recieve a mail are really nice, and they seem to be some sort of strongbox, only the one who's name is on the package can access it. Will they be removed? Or will they stay as a reward for people's appreciation for the system?:)
4) I don't know is it a bug or feature, me, personally, like the way it works. So, the point is, you can send more than 1 item at a time, if you drop items on the sealed package before it is sent. The minor drawback is, if you put something in, you can't get it back:) well, devs can make the package openable not only by recepient, but by sender too. Or they can prohibit the dropping of items on the package, which i don't like, but on the other hand what if some person runs into my house, sees a package locked down, drops an item inside out of interest and starts crying oh i can't get it back?
5) with previous feature in mind, two persons can actually exchange items without using any of the address book charges:
Initialization:
Person A sends an item to B. Result: B has the package [A>B]
Person B sends an item to A and drops the package [A>B] into the sealed package. Result: A has a package [B>A] with the package [A>B] inside.
Exploit:
After that A can send items to B without using Address Book at all, just taking the [A>B] package and dropping items inside along with the package [B>A], and posting the package via mailbox. B can do the same, after he receives both of the packages. And so on.
Workaround: well, the really easy solution for this is to prohibit dropping the items on the package, but I don't like it at all. I would, personally, like it this way:
Each package has a flag - Unsent/Sent. When the package is created, it is Unsent. Only sender can look inside it's contens, and drop/extract items from it. When the package is dropped inside the mailbox, it is Sent. Only recepient can look inside, and drop/extract items from it. And also, this package is impossible to send via mailbox anymore. That's it.
