Help! Frequent Disconnection Problem

Hi, I created my account about 6-7 weeks ago and I've had no problems up until about a week or 10 days ago. The problem I've been experiencing is that as soon as I log on and do "something" (like put a bod in a book or just run around for 20-30 seconds) my connection seems to time out (get stuck mid action for some seconds) and then i see the "connection lost" or whatever button. I dont have any problems logging in, and i use the -ping command for the seconds my connection is held and it seems fine, it comes back very quickly and my ping is usually around 75-90ms. Also it seems that if I do nothing, like just log in and stand still, dont open my inventory or anything I can maintain the connection but when I start doing anything I lose connection quickly thereafter. Like I said I played fine without any problems for at least 5-6 weeks and then this started happening all of the sudden, as far as I know nothing was changed on my computer or the network I connect to. Any suggestions on how I might fix this? also is there a log or something i might be able to check to get more information on why/how i get disconnected?
I'm running windows 7 and using the client downloaded from the excelsior homepage here.

I was having the same problem and as it turned out, it was a sign my wireless router was biting the dust. After purchasing a new router, I haven't had any problems staying connected to the server.
