Is there a way I can use the contents of my UOEX folder to access a different private server? One of my friends recently made one and I'd like to connect to it with as little downloading as possible - yes, I have razor.

Yes you can, this is just the regular client, containing some custom data. When razor opens, you can enter any address and you will connect there. Keep in mind you will see things that others won't
