I thought that maybe everytime you kill a monster you can get 1 point for a medium leveled monster such as lich lord,devourer of the souls,etc... so lemme know your comment ty

and every 2 points for like the dark father and such.

there is a post on here that breaks down some of the exp gains from monsters. liches gives around 50 so exp. weirdly enough grizzle gives less. lol rune beetles gives around 90 or so exp. savages gives about 30-50 exp. these's are the only things i really kill while leveling a weapon.

That would mean max 500 kills to fully level a weapon (100/100). They actually modified the script one year ago as we used to be able to gain with spells as well (was considered to gain too fast even if gains were very slow, i beleive kills with spells gave 1/5th of the xps), so imo, the intention of the producer is not to lower the time it takes to level a weapon. As for many other long and sometimes boring tasks of the game, the only shortcut possible is to spend 100 Eds for 10 free levels on your weapon.
