For example I have no idea what discordance is much less what its for, and some people may not know what dexterity/strength/intelect, is or what it goes towards. Would be very nice to be able to have a descriptions of Stats, like the definition, and what it goes towards.

Yes it shows a stat guide on what skillz to use to level your stats...But I was wanting to know what they are, Like Forensic Evaluation I can see that it says it will level intel, and dex. But it doesn't tell me what forensic evaluation is. What does it do, besides level a certain stat? And like strength what does that do besides make me stronger to carry more weight? Do you see what I mean??

For Stat explanations, i didn't see one. There is a lot of different skills that mix in with these. Here are some things that come to mind. Exact numbers I don't have off the top of my head.

STR
Adds hits
Adds dmg
Adds max amount of stones you can carry (keep in mind max your backpack can hold is about 450 stones, unless you upgrade it)

DEX
Sets your stamina
Is a big factor in the rate you can apply bandages for healing skill
Dex (or stamina really) sets your swing speed

INT
Sets your Mana
Ummm, something else i'd guess, can't think of it.

To increase your knowledge, i would recommend you throughly read both the codex and the wiki. Search for topics of interest on the forms. Then check out a great website listed below for tons of info. Althu its based for EA, there is still tons of useful knowledge on how the combat system works, the system used for skills (like the dex - healing table) and more.
