Keystone fragments of Montor

I am wondering how to get into Pandaemonium, which is within Montor. It says that I need Keystone Fragments to bridge the way into the dungeon. I have been searching around quite a bit. The only information that I can find goes back to the Bael Nefario story and the umbris camps. I am left with a two questions:
1. How and where do I get more of these fragments?
2. What kind of beasties are in this dungeon?

Any input from someone who is knowledgeable about this subject would be most welcome. Thank you.

This is a dungeon that is currently being built and will hopefully be open by Christmas. All of the fragments that will be used have been distributed during events, and will be made available again upon the dungeon opening. I have been working on it here and there for about a year now, and am looking forward to getting it done...

As for monster information...I will post that close to the time of its opening...
