Does luck have to do with the slot machine and the 200 coin win or lose stones?

i have 7200 luck and i never win at those slot machines. actually sat there for an hour walked away when someone else came in, he went to the machine i was on and hit the jack pot. grrrrrr

i know its frustrating ive put over 2 million in the same slot and havent wont any of the top 4 prizes
