what are hitching posts and leashing do how do they work

sorry about all of the posts, but i can't seem to find specific information about hitching posts and pet leashes.
what do they d and how do they work.
i have searched Wiki and Stratics and can't find any specific information on them.

Pet leashes is what pet shrink potion does... shrink your pets. Instead of shrinking one pet with one shrinking potion with a leash you got 100 charges... hitching post is a deco (if I am not mistaken) and if it works you can place it at your house and dbl clicking on it then dbl clicking your pet will shrink it as well... (if I am not mistaken...)

leashes are 100 charge shrink. very nice
hitching posts are the same thing but has to be locked down in your house. you need 75 in animal taming or higher to use the leash not sure on the hitching post. good luck .

hitching posts are by far the best way for a new player to shrink their pets, there is a free one at the gamble house. if you place one at your house, you can redeed it at 1 use left and place it again for 100 more uses
