How to make it react when condition (sys message) true or false?
The main idea is to loop lockpicking until "the lock quickly yields to your skill". After it lock it with the key and start from the begining.

i dunno what exactly your trying to do. if its to just raise your skill to 95 using the thieves guild boxes, you could dl easyuo and get blazes lockpick trainer.
alternatively you can write the macro in razor yourself, to do so open all the boxes in the set then record :
using keys to boxes to lock them all
using lock picks on the boxes
-if you do this you will most likely have to edit all the wait for targets - to pause for 700 - to avoid break resets
