Codex mistakes

I was looking on the codex for fun when i saw this:
When starting out, keep in mind that you will have 2 +50 skill balls in your bank (as well as a Young Player Ticket, a check for roughly 30k, and a Pet Bonding Deed).
Since when do we start with
2 +50 skill balls? I always only got one +60 skill ball... Never 2 nor +50 ones...
Also, i remember that I only started with a 10K gold check... Not 30!
I don't know when did you changed this, but I think the way it was before was good... well... You could have putted this on the change log maybe

I also just read further and now i found this:
You start at the Britain Bank (Trammel).
Well... All the Chars i created actually started in Town Center... The new player all appear in Town Center as well...
There is also this:
Excelsior Halls
At the Halls you can find a few vendor stones.
* White Stone sells bulk reagents for magery, necromancy and druid spells, as well as arrows and crossbow bolts.
* Turquoise Stone sells rewards which you can buy with tokens. Tokens are gathered by killing monsters, and turning in Bulk Order Deeds. You can also get them by trashing items using your Trash-4-Tokens Bag. Keep your token ledger in your top-level backpack (and not in a container within) at all times, so you can recieve tokens.
* Golden Stone sells the more expensive/custom items you can purchase with gold.
* Blue Stones (found all across Excelsior) open a list of most commonly visited websites.
Well, it seems that these stones are in TRINSIC by now...
Please, make some corrections in the codex... Cause the might cause confusion above newer players...

Powerscroll bag section is all wrong. It doesn't mention that every use now requires a blue diamond. Also i believe it now discriminates between crafting and non-crafting PS's, i.e. you cannot get the 'random' PS anymore.
In the reagent vending section it also says you can buy bulk arrows from them when in reality you cant now.
