Official house building contest thread
Posted: Tue Aug 29, 2006 1:33 pm
The judging will take place from Friday, September 1st till Sunday, September 3rd.
The results will be announced on Sunday, at about 21:00 Shard time.
Things we take into consideration:
- Overall look of the house
- Ability to have your items stored inside.
- Decorations (some may not be able to aford much, so this is not a priority).
- Lights - If you look at the house at night (the area around the houses is set to a dim light, so you can preview it like this, take off nightsight items)
- Roleplaying ability - does it have a kitchen?
If your house is suposed to be something special, for example, if you wanted to create a "hell", or a maze, a starwars theme, a jungle, etc, please write your description to this thread so we can judge it properly.
You can write in alot of detail, but there is no need to write an essay about each tile.
This post might be edited in the following days if we need to add anything else.
Judges: Colibri, Morpheus, Zeydius, Trinity, Surt, Jester.
If a judge is somehow (personally) involved with a participant, his vote for the participant's house does not count. If a judge's vote is totally off the average (for example everyone vote 2/10, and one votes 10/10), he must state arguments for his decision, or his vote might not count.
