Out of curiosity, does the staff want reports on found abandoned artifacts left over from house drops?

Yes we like to know if something got left behind. I've taken care of the xmas tree there, the best way to report it is to:
1. Send a help request as you are standing near those items
2. In the description, type something like "abandoned yard wand tiles here"
3. As you send the help request, you can either wait a few minutes, or even an hour, or if you don't like the spam message "your queue status: 1" then just click Help again, and in the menu that appears, select "request pending". It will go into a secondary queue, and we can then see where you paged from, and take care of those items.
