Rule Clarifications

Let's clarify some rules. This came up in a conversation outside the bank yesterday, and I'm interested to know the answers, even though I didn't participate in the conversation. I'll throw number one in, though, based on my own experiences.
1. If a player is at a spawn, and they disconnect for less than 5 minutes, and they reconnect, do they lose their place in line at the spawn? I disconnected a few seconds before Netopir spawned earlier today (it was amazingly timed, perfect connection all day, disconnected RIGHT AS he spawned), and I basically said, "I'll just get the next one." but let's say I disconnected for a second and came back in - is my spot in the line gone?
2. Does entering the PvP dungeon constitute consent, or do you actually have to ask a player if you can attack them even if you're both in the PvP dungeon?
3. If a player is at a spawn, and they are stealthed and not visible to other players (for example, they're hiding in a corner at Netopir or hidden on the far branch of Mel's platform), does that constitute being "in line"? So, in effect, this is asking if a player have to be visible to other players in order to claim the next occurrence of a spawn.

1. This is in a way a grey area but we figured it out...
If you disconnect with people still behind you in the line, and you connect back soon (before it's your turn) then the person behind you should recognize the technical issue and give you cuts. But that of course is only if they saw you log out, and that everyone knows that you've been disconnected (or if you were last in line, the people before you can confirm your claim). This shouldn't be the case if for example someone stealths in and claims it was his position and nobody has a clue about it.
If the line has moved so that you've basically lost your turn already, then... i think logically, the fair thing to do is that the players there allow you to have the next turn.
In less words: if it's just a quick disconnect, let's say under a minute, then definitely you should be able to keep your position. If it's however been a long time, then you should explain your situation and it would be nice of the people in line to understand, of course if they remember you standing there before.
2. The rule book in the PvP lobby doesn't say this explicitly, but I understand the "enter at your own risk" as that you can get killed at any time. There used to be more specific rules, but basically the pvp room is there, use it however it suits you. If however there would be a player or a group waiting at the entrance, killing anyone who comes thru and so making the dungeon useless for dueling, then there's still 4 other entrances.
3. If a player is hidden, when a new player comes to the spawn, the hidden player must reveal him/her self and declare that they're waiting here. If not, the player who came to the spawn has no idea there's someone there, and thinks he/she is the first in line. I know the problem can be if the hidden player is only semi-there, let's say browsing meanwhile waiting for the spawn. So just thinking logically, there should be a short time frame in which the person must declare presence... let's say a minute? Anyway, this has been an issue every now and then but i'm hoping it can remain a "let's all play nice" before rules about it can be added (trying to keep the codex as short as possible, because we know nobody would read it if it had a thousand mini rules).

wicked post.. nice to get the answer so swiftly too..
I would like to add that people still should exercise maturity wherever possible and realize that spawns respawn, and its not like you are out anything if you wait etc etc etc.. in short keeping the mindset that 'this is a videogame' can help keep you from getting all hotheaded in any situation. I never concern myself with this sort of thing but its good to see its been thought of

Let me ask one more question, too (I think I know the answer to this one, but I'm just checking).
If there's a line at a spawn, and a player leaves the area, do they lose their spot?
So, if I'm waiting at Mel, and there's a player there that just killed her, and I leave and come back 20 minutes later, do I lose my spot "in line" or can I still get the next one even though I wasn't waiting in line at the location?

It would be a huge stretch to say someone can keep their place in a spawn if they're not there to keep it.
It's largely because of all this that I don't do peerless... yet. Maybe later, but I'm definitely taking a different line on building my char/gear.
