I swore the old one showed regens all having DR's around 30-35. Is this a new one? And huzzah, regardless.

This is exactly how I remember it. Why I kept correcting people who said 30-35s.

Mana regen reaches it's peak sooner because of 120 meditation + 120 focus
Stamaina regen reachers it's peak before hp because of 120 focus
HP regen has no increases from skills

Does this take into account Mage Armor/Non Mage Armor? or at 35 Mana Regen it Wouldn't matter, will it?

this is any armor that will get you to ~55-60 which will cap you out on regen. this is an old post but a good one. i used to correct people on this too but no one listened so i gave up. kind of like ssi--for some reason people got it in their head they needed ssi. o.O

AFAIK Mage Armor (or lack of thereof) has no effect on the 'natural' regen. It only blocks Meditation regen.
