Nobody lied to you, your page is indeed in the queue for +Colibri. I verified this personally just now.
As with any service that requires +Colibri's personal attention, there is a delay. Sometimes he has a relatively low backlog and can get to such matters within a day, sometimes he has a massive backlog and it can take several days to be assisted. +Colibri tries to be fair and assist people in the order that they paged, and so when he does have many players needing his assistance, it can take awhile. It is safe to assume that if a player is waiting for +Colibri's assistance, that there are at least 5 other players waiting with pages ahead of them. Sometimes there are a dozen, it just depends on the number of people who've had such issues recently as well as +Colibri's schedule that week.
Posting rudely on the forums implying that we have lied to you, and implying that your need is greater than other players who have been waiting longer than you have is not going to make anything go any quicker and is just counterproductive. Not to mention technically against the codex (6c: no drama).

Just thought I would increase my visibility chances was really all I was doing.
