i am having an issue with the portal when i log in and go to settings to choose my character it brings be back to the login screen i try it again and it does the same thing is there any thing i need to disable for it to work and everything on my pc is up to date

do you sometimes double click? or do you hit enter?

I hit save settings and hit enter sometimes it brings me back to the log in screen

I think i know the problem and also the solution, though i will need your username, so there's two options from here on:
A: you can email me your username so i can look into this, email address is on the front page
B: send a help request, just write "i'm the player having problems with the portal, as posted on the forum", that way i can also see your username.
