SR5 on shields

Just curious, did SR5 work on shields on OSI? Why does it not work here? I have hunted for weeks on end without even LOOKING at my gear to see if it was near falling apart, yet spent 3 hours hunting Laby tonight and my shield almost busted twice.

for some reason my shield's sr5 works. i haven't had to fix my shield in a few months.

Yeah, ive always been told it doesnt work on shields, added it last night, havent repaired it since. I blame gwen.

it didn't work on shields. i would have to fix mine all the time. i think they fixed it. i would say the change happened a good 6-9 months ago. didn't really realize it maybe longer.
