Winter Quest

Hello dear players,

I am writting here about the Winter Quest and about the stuppidity I have made. I chose the wrong reward and wanted to change it. Since you all know this is not possible.

So I talked to the GM's and they agreed on making the exchange if they could reset the quest and everyone had to do it again. Colibri also said there would be some changes in the spawns. I know it sounds really frustrating to all of you who have already done it but it would mean a lot if everyone agreed with it.

Think with care dear collegues (for me please) if it will be too much for you all doing it again.

Thanks a lot for your time.

You realize how selfish that idea sounds right? To make every player on the shard who worked very hard, followed the quest instructions carefully before starting the winter event, just give up what they rightfully earned. So one person who didn't read the rules before beginning can redo it? I happened to witness myself a lot of players working really hard dieing over and over just to kill 1 reindeer at a time. I definitely do not think that is a fair compromise.

While your at it why don't we ask if we can relayer the quest items again, to whatever slot we would like? Since it doesn't matter if it's a cape, sash, apron, robe or anything for that matter since it would have the exact same stats as it originally did....

That is a very good point Layfon, it can be really sellfish. I was just asking since when I messed up that was the only sollution left for me.
Since it was really hard work (and I am sure it was) and it does not make sense to you then the matter is done. I will not be begging for everyone to accept the cause. I was just trying to do what I could.

Thanks for you time :)

Trust me I feel bad for everyone who didn't get the reward they wanted. So hopefully next year such an event will continue and give the players who missed out this year another chance at it. :) That seems a lot more fair then resetting everyone's hard work.

I agree 100%. The item is very powerful and I understand that. But not being allowed to relayer it seems conterproductive since instead of relayering it we're all going to have to spend that 500ed to relayer our current back slot to something else. I'm unsure of what everyone else did, but a few hours after receiving my wrap I made a donation (which I don't and never will regret) to speed up the relayering of my wrap. Instead when my ED is refunded I will be relayering my quiver to that slot and putting the cape on. I'm sure this is exactly what everyone else will do also. Just to me doesn't make a lot of sense and seems like more of a hassle than anything else. The wrap even after relayering CANNOT be traded so it's not like there's a bug where I can relayer it and then sell it to someone else or somehow manage to wear a suit of them and show off.

I'm sure +Colibri has probably already written the changes in to refund us, just wanted to put it out there that I'd like it to remain blessed and dyed since that was a bunch of money spent.
