I realize a weapon change deed was used, therefore an offer of less than E$200 isn't a fair offer. However with no input from Acolyte regarding compensation, the offers will obviously be low. If we had an idea about Acolyte's desired compensation, negotiations could commence and acceptable price could be determined.

You guys realize that 200ed was spent on it already, then you normally pay a MINIMUM of another 250-300ed just to get something leveled to 100. So sure you can give lowball answers, but you give something dumb like 100ed and you deserve to be ignored. I'd feel quite confident you give a realistic number and you'll get a nice and timely responce.

There is something very important to note. Some of you may know this already, but some of you may be unaware so listen carefully to the details. I remember some players were upset about the Glittering Ice Wrap, because for one reason or another their information was inaccurate.
The type change is mostly insignificant. It is very important to note the Tag removal (as Layfon and Cornbread have pointed out). The price of Tag removal is 200 ED. To compare, a weapon without a tag can add 2 times as many attributes compared to a weapon with a tag. It says this on the Wiki. I think 200 ED is a small price to pay for getting twice as many attributes - for two of the weapons I already spent points on and relayed, I also spent the ED to remove the tags.

I am a motivated seller, I will sell this for sure. I am not in a rush though, I don't mind to wait for some more time. Perhaps I will pay for a message on the Town Crier.
