What's Horse Barding? Unsure if it's something that happens here...

That is a amour for horses... crafted with smith tools. I am not sure if we have it here either. But once you put it on a horse it will look like the charger. There is also a barding deed for the swamp dragon... maybe we have that.... or not?

Actually, I think what ruby is looking for is a deco item. A horse barding on a wooden rack, I think it's a rare BS BOD reward.
No actual working barding for horses.
