Since the update a few weeks ago I can no longer access this account. I followed the instructions as best I could but can not get access anymore. My account is something like 3500 days old or more, and it was fun while it lasted. My house would be worth sitting for, on collapse. Good luck to you all and farewell to all my guild mates in Blaze Bros.

Just thinking about troubleshooting actions...

Have you reinstalled the client?
Did you re-enter the server address and port if you are using razor?
Did you try connecting without razor?
Try with a disabled firewall? If you have a blocker like Zone Alarm, disable it and try again.
Disable User Account Control Settings (Never notify)?
Did you try a local wifi? a friend's internet connection?
Did you modify any paroxy settings prior to playing again?

I might add, that also your ISP's policy might have changed not to allow MMO's. While ludicrous, it still happens - I know a couple of people who had their access and/or bandwidth cut when it comes to WoW, among others. I'm sure UO would fall under the same category.
