Ok I know it has been a long time since i've been on. But im glad to be back! :3

So anyway a friend and I were talking and she was wanting to play this game. I try to help her download it but somehow it wont work!

It keeps saying "Forbidden" or "Webpage not Found". And it is driving us NUTS!

Help?

Hello Jemima, maybe this will help.

Make sure you run everything Excelsior related (Razor, etc.) with Administrator permission and in XP Service Pack 2.

Welcome back! You also want to make sure that razor is set for shard.uoex.net and port 60. If you or her need the hue patch pm me in game, Jamkul, and I'll get you hooked up with the files.
