Impromptu Change-Log

V and I figured we'd try to keep a change-log of things we change or that we hear Coli has changed. It's not going to be perfect, or complete, but at least it's something until Coli has a chance to do the 'real' one. :)

2-3-2013
Twisted Weald has been reworked a tiny bit. Mini-bosses have an additional 10% chance to drop their summoning items for dreadhorn. They also have a fair bit more gold drop, and a decent chance at 1-2 ointments.

Umbris is now open once more. There have been various changes noted below.

Changes
- Healing has been diminished by a significant amount.
- There is only one entrance and exit point from the camp.
- To exit, you must flip the switch and wait 10 seconds. A moongate will open for you to step through.
- If you are dead and need to exit, approach the switch, and you will automatically be moved out of the camp.
- The previous Umbris quests have remained unchanged.
- There are a couple of areas we are still working on and entrance to them has been blocked until we are ready.
- All mortal strike mobs have been removed.
- Gold and token drops have been slightly modified to help fight inflation. Basically all this means is that previously we were giving extra gold on top of what the mob would normally drop. We found that too much gold was flowing in from Umbris being farmed and have removed the "above and beyond" gold drops from the mobs. Their base gold drops have not been reduced.
- Ointment drops have been modified to prevent damage to their market value.
- Weapon XP has been drastically reduced.

Trammel dungeons revamped today:
Hythloth
Covetous
Ice
Despise
Ophidian Temple
Terathan Keep
Wrong
Amount of spawns increased. New spawns have less gold, tokens, and weapon XP. Original Balron spawns untouched. No new Balrons added.

Trammel Fire dungeon revamp opened.
Amount of spawns greatly increased. New spawns have less gold, tokens, and weapon XP. Only certain areas of each level of Fire have been tweaked, so there will be some areas that are still relatively underspawned.

Trammel Deceit dungeon revamp opened.
Amount of spawns greatly increased. Spawn times unchanged. "New" spawns have decreased gold, tokens, and weapon XP.

Newbie quest for a free villa has been removed. We will be adding another newbie quest as we get time.

Fel Wrong reopened. Modifications made:
Exiting takes 10 seconds, this is to prevent the teleporter-hop-healing exploit.
Drops have been decreased.
Tokens have been slightly decreased.
Weapon XP has been greatly decreased.

- Poison field can no longer be cast in Netopir's area. We were noticing that some players would cast this on him and he would cease combat to just constantly cure himself, eliminating the risk to the player.
- All loot on Netopir is no longer stealable. We will be working on checking out the other peerless as we get time.

Fel Ice dungeon reopened with the following changes:
- Additional spawns added (double or triple the original number in most cases).
- All mobs in the dungeon provide 50% additional xp over their usual amount.

I'll be keeping an eye on this dungeon, if I find that it's being abused or causing any unbalancing, I will modify it accordingly.

-Hiding disabled in the gauntlet. If you need to AFK, you will have to exit the gauntlet area. There have been an increasing number of issues again lately, mainly centered around player A complaining that player B jumped their gauntlet, and player B claiming that player A must have been hidden (therefore forfeiting their gauntlet run). This way there's no confusion.
Please be aware that you may not AFK in the gauntlet. If you do, and someone else starts their run, your character could retaliate if hit by a mob, thus subjecting you to kill stealing and AFK profiting punishments.
