Relayer calculator
Relayer calculator
I'm currently setting up a calculator to add up all relayer bonuses in excel so you can track all the bonuses and resists to compare with the total caps. I've pulled all the total cap info I can from the wiki, but there are a few I have questions on.
First, is there a total cap for str/dex/int bonuses from armor/weps/jewlery? I know the individual cap on a levelable wep which is 8 each.
The other info I am missing is whether or not there is a total cap to resists (ie phys, poison, fire, etc). levelable wep cap is 20% each.
I have it set up for 7 relayers (dont know relayer cap I can add more if needed), and formulated so it adds each line and gives you a total for each stat and/or bonus at the end of the chart with correct formats like numbers and percentages.
Any additional info would be great. As soon as I get it completed, I'll post it to the forum.

Re: Relayer calculator
I was just about to dump all of my stats into excel and do the same thing. I heard on world chat that some of the wiki info is not 100% correct any longer and there's also the old +V's Regens thread that shows where diminishing returns are regarding HP, mana regen, etc. Could any of the vets or vetresses (see what I did there?) confirm/deny this?

you cannot have more than 70 total resists, and the max stat bonus i've seen on jewelry is 10 (rather than

Re: Relayer calculator
Asmo, I think its 17, you have neck in there twice
Re: Relayer calculator
I'll add the extra columns to include the total relayer slots, and add the total resists cap at 70. Adding in the formula calcs is a bit time consuming but it will give me something to do while I wait for swgemu to finish updating.
As far as stat cap, i know about the base totals, but i'm still a bit unsure if bonuses from the relayers apply to that or not. i'm guessing they do not as my character dex is capped at 125 but with bonuses its at 156
Thanks for the additional info.

Re: Relayer calculator
I got the chart completed, but I am having trouble finding a format that is able to be uploaded and still contain all the calculating functions in the sheet. If you would like a copy just let me know and I can email it to you.

Re: Relayer calculator
Individual cap on dex/str/int/hp/mana/stam on leveled items is 8. Values of 9 and 10 can be found on looted pieces, but such items cannot be 'created' by levelling.
As for resists I'd make a suggestion to show both - the capped value and total value, since some people prefer to have a few points over the cap to account for some spells lowering resists (Vampiric Embrace and other polymorphs most notably).
There is no cap to stats bonus and it doesn't count towards your total cap. It's a bonus after all.
And I've attached the regen chart to this post, just in case someone wants to look at it.

Re: Relayer calculator
I found this looking through the coding section last night: NaborStat Script. If you use EasyUO it's pretty cool and auto calculates all of the items you have on you. Just read the caveats in the thread. You can also save the file after you run it.

Re: Relayer calculator
Nabor stat is only good for counting what you already have. What Gelliad is making would be useful in planning your relayers as well. Combine it with Stig's Weapon Planner for an ultimate win.

Re: Relayer calculator
While making it,I figured I'd use the chart in planning relayers. I can't afford the relayer deeds at this point, but I can acquire weapons worth leveling to relayer and record the progress until I can get my hands on some ED's. And I figure it would save me the heading of adding points into a particular area that I didn't need, making point usage more efficient.
