Server Crash/Imps Gone

I logged on a toon I don't play very often, Phaedel, to find him in Destard with 4 or 5 PMs from different players stating that my imps were dead and was I going to do anything about it. I had logged out Phaedel at my tower approximately 1 week ago (Feb. 1 or so). That's the last time I played him, so I don't know how I ended up in Destard with my imps dead.

I had first thought maybe my account was compromised, but it wasn't. I have a main character that was perfectly fine and everything else is good. Then I read about the server crashing. What best I can figure happened is I had just logged out in my tower or was in the process of logging out when the server crashed. When you rebooted the server you must have gone back to the last world save. Just before I logged out I was practicing with my new imps in Destard. When the server came back up Phaedel must have popped back up in Destard with all of my imps out. I was logged off, so my imps proceeded to die and I was none the wiser. I didn't realize anything had happened until I logged on to Phaedel last night to find all of those PMs and my imps gone for good.

Since it's a server issue that caused this, is there any way to restore that character Phaedel to that last save before the crash so I could get my imps back or somehow replace my 4 imp squirrels? I'm not loaded and it took most of the gold I had saved up to buy those things.

Flerin, I can actually vouch for you, I was on when the first server crash happened (week of so ago) and I went to Dest and found 3 ferret looking imps wandering around killing everything, I stayed and healed them the best I could waiting for someone to log in and get them but eventual they all died since my skills where still low but none the less, I did see them in Dest when the first crash (my best guess I'm new so first crash for me) happened, I want to say there names but I cant remember. any GL with this hope my post helps..

Thanks Mad. I was really lost there when I logged in and saw all those messages from other players. I didn't know what the heck happened. Hopefully one of the admins reads this and can help. I don't want the whole account reset as I've logged on with my main character, Flerin, all week and have accomplished quite a bit, so I don't want the entire account reset and lose everything I've done/acquired with Flerin this week. I'd just like the 4 imps restored to Phaedel if at all possible. Pretty, pretty please

I would page in game and not rely on admin stumbling upon this thread when it is suitable for them to volunteer their time.

And be prepared to wait, I'm still waiting on lost items being restored from a glitch last August.
