two questions

1) i had my pet die and can not get it back. How do I release it to get my pet slots opened?
2) House Foundation Sink Deed does what exactly?

1. It will release itself when it's happiness level drops. Or you can pull it towards you with a pet summoning stone, not sure on the locations of these tho, I haven't used one in quite some time. You can't release it early.
2. Foundation sink lowers the Z of your house by 5, which equates to putting the entire foundation underground. Basically you won't have to walk up any stairs to get into your house.
