Anyone knows where to get this ingredient named "bowl of peas" needed in 1 of the receipe for cooking Wasabi Clumps

Also, anyone knows where to get "Green Tea"?

I have been through all the farmers in the towns but i can't find any of them selling it.

They should be purchaseable at NPCs, but arent. Not sure about green tea.
