Looking for sleeves or arms

As topic says, I`m looking for some decent sleeves or arms, which contain the following:
phys resist 11 or higher
fire resist 14 or higher
luck 75 or higher
any of the following would be nice too:
SDI
M reg
reflect
Str or int.
If arms (metal), also mage armor stat is required.
