having too much free time in my hands i found myself wondering how would a war escalate in the uoex world, if it is even possible for such to happen, how would it defy the rules and affect our characters "life", so what do you think?

Well there can always be a war for who will have the privilege of doing a champion, you win it by just getting there first. There can also be price wars on the market. If two guilds want to find out who is better at PvP, they can all enter the PvP dungeon and have a fun time
But anway, wars here are ment to be fun, more of a competition than a war, with good sportmanship. We don't want to have two sides of the shard that are at war with eachother.
So, if you are into finding out who's best at hording gold, you can have a match at the bi-monthly auction. If you want to find out who's a better breeder, you can brag about your pets. And if you want to proove your dueling skills, you can invite others to the PvP dungeon.
But if you want to make other people's lives miserable, or trying to get them upset, then this shard is not for you. It's all about having fun.

yeah but wouldnt people entering into a declared warred guild be considered 'consentual PVP' ?
for purposes of roleplaying (should such a thing ever develop here, beyond use of ye olde english) it might be a point to consider too.

The problem is, some non-pk players feel unpleasant even if they see two people fighting, that's why PvP is allowed only in the PvP dungeon, and from what i know, people that are in the same guild, or two players that belong to friendly or warring guilds, can also duel between eachother.
However, make sure you do your PvPing outside of towns and popular areas. Preferrably in your house or in the middle of a forrest.
