Example: Overlord John Smith, Elder Ranger.

There are two custom titles on this shard.
One is an enhancment of the regular Lord/Lady title, and is:
At 10k fame: Sir/Dame
At 15k fame: Lord/Lady
At 20k fame: Overlord/Overlady
Fame goes up to max 21k.
