Uzeraan Turmoil

Hi, I would like to get the Uzeraan Turmoil quest, but the guards, nor Uzeraan himself will speak to me.

I have checked if another quest is active, and I have not found any to be active.

Can it be bugged? I have cancelled the quest before because it started when I walked past them, but it was my first hour in the game and I were sure I couldn't do it, then I wanted to kill rats for Joe, so I cancelled it.

I hope there is a way to start the quest again.

Also, is there a short questions thread somewhere? I don't want to spam the forums with questions like these.

Also, apparently, I cannot go back into the portal stone with Mardoth's quest after leaving the area with the Horn of Retreat.

It seems as though I'm only a member for 3 days, the game says I do not have a 'young player status' anymore. (when I try to recharge the Horn)

This is very bugged, I would like to get back into the quests. The Mardoth quest I had to go back with the horn because I didn't have the 'Animate Corpse' spell yet. This was also quite unclear.

Update:
I had to cancel the quest as there was no point in keeping it open when I can't even do the quest because the teleporter stone doesn't work for a 2nd time.

Can an admin please reset both the quests so I can do them?

The Uzeraan quest was opened by the guards, but afterwards Uzeraan didn't want to talk with me either, it's all going wrong

Regarding Uzeraan's quest, I was playing here for around 7 months before I accidentally ran past those guards and they called out to me. I accepted the quest and then went to talk to Uzeraan but he only said 'I have nothing for you at this time.' or some such. So I looked around online to see what was going on - because I'd never heard of Uzeraan before that - and from what I've read it looks like it's supposed to be for 'Young' players only. I think maybe what's happening here is the guards are still offering the quest to players who are past 'Young' status and then we just can't proceed.

But, I have only been playing the game for 3 days, so, that makes me a 'Young' player right?

I thought for young players the 21-days rule applied? Because I am able to take other young player quests, just not this one.

Also had to abandon the necro quest as it was bugged and didn't let me progress further.

Is there an admin that can help me with this question?

You said in your first post, the thing about recharging the Horn, that you'd noticed you lost the 'Young' player tag. After that happens, you're considered a 'New' player until the account is 21 days old. It's not the same thing.

I lost my 'Young' status in less than 2 days simply by staying constantly logged in for 40 hours straight, macroing skills that weren't worth losing it over. :/
