Are we aloud to keep temporary Quest Item instead of finishing the quest ? And will they go poof after a while. Im doing the Beekeeper Quest in Mistvale and the temp Items are so tempting to keep.

Eliza, that's the very definition of "temporary" quest item - it'll only exist for a little while and then go poof. Use it or lose it
