My UOS as been giving me issue with the tabs and wording. I can't see any of the tab wordings and some of the wording in the areas cannot be seen. Here's a screenshot so you can understand what's going on:

Anyone else have this problem and fixed it or know what could be causing this issue. Thanks for any help that you can give me.

Sounds to me, you need to do a complete un-install. Then re-install. I would choose a different directory.
I had any issue before similar to that, and it helped. Different software, but same thing.

good luck

Are you running Steam in compatibility mode and also as administrator that could be the whole problem.

Tried that, uninstalled it then deleted the folder. I reinstalled it using a completely new folder but still doing the same thing.

Also tried this, I tried different display settings, tried it in windows xp sp3 compatibility, ran it in admin mode but still getting the same results.

You guys, anyone else, have any other advice I could try?

The only other thing I can think of is when steam first opens, is it pointing to the proper folder for where your UO client is loaded on the PC? You may also want to see if you have any malware that may be causing the issue, try Hitmanpro to see if there are things there

That looks to me a lot like the DPI settings is different to the default (as a programmer this gives me endless pain as things like that happen.)

To change it go to Display Settings in control panel (or right click desktop-> personalise)

I have windows 7 and they call it "change the size of all items"...
windows XP has it as "make text bigger" or something similar.
