The cloak is rare, but it's not one of a kind because I have one too. I collect rare clothes, especially cloaks.
Edit, except yours has added luck to it, but that still doesn't make it one of a kind. It's still a good deal though. I paid 5 mill for mine 3 years ago and it didn't have the luck. To add the luck it would cost 400ed. So actuality the price is very cheap!
