I just did a twelve hour day working on a fashion magazine, and came home mentally and visually exhausted.
One of the usual requests is "open up the shadows in the eye". That video restored to me some semblance of hope.
Beauty is not seen in a glass mirror or an image. It is relative to yourself and the world.
When I got home, I was very ugly, but this has made me feel a bit closer to beautiful.
