so far all ive ever used is razor but I hear others talking about easy UO and steam and I looked at the easy UO page and what im not sure about is that they show many versions, which one works here and does it DL and install in the correct place automatically or will I have to tinker with stuff

Both classic easyuo and the newer OpenEOU work here. The programs written for each environment are not compatible with the other, so you must choose between the two. Both work here with the normal caveats about running as administrator.
